Direct Cremation Package

MEMBERS: $1,795 - NON-MEMBERS: $1,995

Our basic offering. This package includes all of the items required for a direct cremation as explained above.

Military / Veteran Package

MEMBERS: $2,395 | NON-MEMBERS: $2,595

A dignified and affordable tribute to those who personally served our nation. This package includes all the services in our direct cremation package, along with a bronze veteran urn with branch of service insignia, arranging interment at a veterans' or other cemetery, and military honors.

Private Viewing Package

MEMBERS: $2,295 | NON-MEMBERS: $2,495

This offering affords immediate family members the opportunity to say one last goodbye to a loved one prior to cremation. This package includes all of the services in our direct cremation package, plus a private viewing with an upgraded cremation container and floral spray.

Church or Chapel Memorial Service

MEMBERS: $2,795 | NON-MEMBERS: $2,995

For those wishing to incorporate a meaningful service with cremation. This package includes all the services in our direct cremation package, along with cremation urn, use of facilities, equipment, and staff for a memorial service in our chapel or church, memorial package, and all arrangement fees.

Basic Package: $1150

• Local pickup from the place of death
• Preparing and filing the death certificate
• Obtaining an Illinois Coroner’s Permit to Cremate (Illinois only)
• Cremation rites
  

Upgraded Package: $1325

• Local pickup from the place of death
• Preparing and filing the death certificate
• Obtaining an Illinois Coroner’s Permit to Cremate (Illinois only)
• Cremation rites
• Writing an obituary to be published on our website and Facebook page
  

Premium Package $1540 (plus tax)

• Local pickup from the place of death
• Preparing and filing the death certificate
• Obtaining an Illinois Coroner’s Permit to Cremate (Illinois only)
• Cremation rites
• Writing an obituary to be published on our website and Facebook page.
• Register book for memorial service
• Remembrance cards for memorial service
  

Payment

Payment in full is due prior to completing cremation rites. We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa/Master Card, Discover, or American Express). We charge 3% fee for credit card payment. We accept insurance assignments for payment with a $200 processing fee.

Important Notes

• Stateline Cremations DOES NOT offer memorial services. We will provide a private viewing for an additional charge. We provide a cardboard temporary urn and will transfer cremated remains into an urn if needed.
• We will arrange a convenient time to obtain the necessary information. If desired we can arrange to meet in the family’s home, our office, or by telephone. The proper next-of-kin or Illinois Health Care Power of Attorney will need to be available to sign the required forms and authorizations at that time.
